Down a Whole Size in Just 6 Months!

After years of battling back pain and gradual weight gain, I decided it was time to get back into the gym and start lifting again. I had a decent foundation from my past experience, and while I was steadily adding weight to my lifts, the progress was slow and the changes were minimal.

Then I started working with Kelly — five days a week — and everything shifted. My strength gains skyrocketed, and within just a couple of months, I could see and feel real results. After surviving a life-changing accident that left her with a shattered pelvis and confined to a wheelchair for six months, Kelly faced a grueling road through physical therapy and recovery. But rather than be defined by injury, she used it as a launching point.

With decades of experience in the fitness industry already behind her, Kelly rebuilt her body, her strength, and her purpose—ultimately founding Flex805, a personal training business dedicated to empowering mature women. Kelly believes age is not a limitation but a launching pad for transformation. Her passion lies in helping women 50 and beyond discover their strength, reclaim their metabolism & bone density, and embrace fitness as a lifestyle, no matter where they’re starting from.

Kelly brings deep knowledge, compassion, and grit to every session, helping her clients not only improve their physical health but overcome the mental and emotional barriers that often hold them back.
